Q: What things aren’t allowed in Self Storage?

No illegal, toxic or hazardous items/materials are allowed. You cannot store perishable goods or food in the facilities.

Q: Does Tri Star Self Storage supply locks and boxes?

Yes, we sell boxes at most of our locations.

Q: What is the length of contract at Tri Star?
A:
Storage unit rentals are on a month to month basis. You may end your rental period at any time.

Q: What are the hours of access to my storage unit?
A:
You have 24 hour access to your unit at most of our locations.

Q: Does Tri Star offer after hours access to storage units?
A: 
Yes. Most of our locations are equipped with electronic gates and tenants have a passcode for 24 hour access.

Q: What forms of payment does Tri Star accept?
